Job summary

Lever, Inc. General Surgeon position focuses on expert wound management across the post-acute care setting. You will deliver bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs, traveling to multiple facilities within a 40-60 mile radius and performing real-time documentation during rounds.

The role supports full-time or part-time schedules, with no nights or weekend duties, and provides paid training along with comprehensive benefits and a physician-led fellowship path.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the practicing state.
• Minimum of 3 weekdays per week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Real-time documentation in proprietary wound-specific EMR during rounds.
• Travel to facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.
