All Seniors Foundation seeks a Home Health Wound Care Specialist to assess, treat, and manage wounds in seniors receiving in-home care. You will promote healing, prevent infection, and support patients to remain comfortable and safe at home.

The role requires RN licensure with wound care certification and experience in home health or clinical settings. Collaborative, multidisciplinary care and a mission-driven environment are emphasized.

Role Overview

As a Home Health Wound Care Specialist, you will assess, treat, and manage various types of wounds to promote healing and prevent infection. Your expertise ensures seniors remain comfortable, safe, and supported while receiving in-home care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate wounds, document their condition, and implement appropriate treatments.
• Perform dressing changes, apply bandages, and recommend preventative measures.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about wound care best practices.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Nurse with specialized wound care certification preferred.
