Role Overview

As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will provide holistic care and symptom management to seniors with chronic or advanced conditions. By collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will ensure patient comfort, dignity, and support at home, focusing on quality of life rather than cure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient symptoms, pain levels, and overall comfort.
• Develop and adjust care plans to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

What to Expect on the Job

Each day blends clinical care with care coordination. You’ll perform comprehensive in-home assessments, develop and update care plans, administer treatments, coordinate with physicians and family caregivers, and educate seniors on managing chronic conditions.
