Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a Wound Care Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, and deliver wound, skin, and ostomy care for patients across all ages, supporting healing and patient education.

The ideal candidate has an active Maryland RN license, WOCN certification, and at least one year of wound care experience. BSN preferred; you will work full-time on the day shift with a 40-hour week and participate in our mission-driven care model.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• WOCN Certification is required.
• At least one year of wound care nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive wound, skin, and ostomy assessments across all age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on clinical findings.
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff regarding wound prevention and management.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Deliver care with compassion and excellence within a mission-driven environment.
