Job summary

Healogics is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Center to provide patient care and manage intake/discharge processes. You may also work in the vein clinic after specialized training and serve as a case manager for assigned patients.

Responsibilities include performing HBO-related duties, collaborating with physicians and center leadership, and supporting documentation tasks as needed within a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained throughout employment
• BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handle intake and discharge
• Assist in vein clinic after training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients
• Perform HBO-related duties after training
• Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding clinic needs
• May serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed
• Perform other duties as required
