Job summary

RestorixHealth in Philadelphia is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse - Floater to support wound care patients. The RN will plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process, with training provided for wound care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing; BSN may be required for Magnet Hospitals.
• Valid RN license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with wound care patients preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on acuity and outcomes.
• Implement physician orders within appropriate time frames.
• Educate patients and families on wound care processes.
