Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse – Floater to join our wound care team. RNs will be trained to provide patient care across wound care protocols under physician direction.

Qualifications include an ASN/BSN, valid RN license, CPR certification (AHA), and prior wound care exposure. Billing/coding experience preferred; Magnet Hospitals require BSN.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing; BSN required for Magnet Hospitals
• Valid RN license required
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience with wound care patients (will train)
• Experience with billing and coding preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues

Additionally, the RN prioritizes nursing actions and will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
