Job summary

Accolade Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN) to promote and restore patients’ health. You will supervise nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and families.

You will ensure accurate transcription and timely notification of new physician orders. The role requires an ADN or BSN and an active IL RN license, with a preference for wound care certification or experience.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Active RN license in Illinois in good standing.
• Wound/Treatment certification and/or experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned nursing staff and ensure accurate transcription and notification of physician orders.
• Provide physical, psychological support to patients and families.
• Identify patient care requirements by building rapport with patients and support systems.
• Ensure adherence to standards of care and infection control policies.
• Assist nurses with documentation, organization, and supervision.
