Complete Care is seeking an experienced Admission Wound RN Supervisor to lead clinical admissions, perform skin and wound assessments on new residents, and ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. You will act as the clinical expert for wound identification and prevention while supporting nursing leadership on-call duties.

Active RN license, CPR/BLS, and wound care knowledge are required; LTC/SNF experience is preferred. Proficiency with PointClickCare and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Wound care knowledge and experience preferred
• 3 years of nursing experience; LTC/SNF preferred
• CMS and infection control knowledge
• Proficiency with PointClickCare and MS Office preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversees admissions: coordinates referrals, reviews records and physician orders
• Performs comprehensive skin and wound assessments on new admissions
• Leads wound care initiatives and tracks treatment effectiveness
• Acts as Nursing Supervisor and clinical resource for staff
• Participates in on-call rotation and urgent problem-solving after hours
• Maintains regulatory compliance and documents accurately
