Qualifications

Valid RN license.
Previous wound care experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide wound care and treatment to residents.
Assess, monitor, and document wounds and skin conditions.
Develop and follow individualized wound care treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
Educate and support nursing staff on wound prevention and proper wound care practices.
Help ensure compliance with wound care policies and clinical standards.
