Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare in Milwaukee is seeking an RN Wound Nurse to provide comprehensive wound care, monitor and document conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans within our Greenfield facility.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team, educate staff on wound prevention, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• Previous wound care experience required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and treatment to residents.
• Assess, monitor, and document wounds and skin conditions.
• Develop and follow individualized wound care treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support nursing staff on wound prevention and proper wound care practices.

RN Wound Nurse Responsibilities:
