Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Greenfield is seeking a qualified RN Wound Nurse to join our compassionate, team-oriented facility in Wisconsin. You will provide wound care, assess and document conditions, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive rates, a wonderful environment, a strong benefits package, and the option of same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin RN license.
• Wound care experience required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and treatment to residents
• Assess, monitor, and document wounds and skin conditions
• Develop and follow individualized wound care treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team
• Educate and support nursing staff on wound prevention and proper wound care practices
• Help ensure compliance with wound care policies and clinical standards
