Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Per Diem Wound Care RN. Office hours: M-F 8 am - 4:30pm. Salary range: $38.71 - $67.87 per hour.

You will interpret care plans, assess clinical decisions, and ensure safe, competent nursing care with individualized patient focus. The role requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience (2 years wound care preferred) and an RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 1 year required; 2 years wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
