Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), have 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and 2 years wound care experience preferred. NH RN license and BLS certification are required.

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
