Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS required; ACLS/PALS per unit preference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Document care in medical records promptly and accurately.
