Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license required as per state requirements.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Provide age-appropriate care and education using growth and development knowledge.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and discharge care.
