CHS Career Site seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across multiple units in Georgia. You will follow the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to physician orders and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities include thorough assessments, accurate documentation, medication administration, and active participation in emergencies and life-support activities.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• CPR/BCLS training and up-to-date certification.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Thoroughly assess patients and document findings, reporting changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and participate in care planning.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge care.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
