Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Davenport Wound Care Clinic is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for day shifts in Davenport, IA. The RN will provide outpatient patient care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safe, effective nursing practices in alignment with Trinity Health standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in Iowa; compact state license acceptable where applicable.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, email, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in outpatient settings following nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, patients, and families; educate patients and caregivers.
• Administer medications and treatments via multiple routes and document accordingly.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and completeness in EMR and charting.
• Support scheduling, admissions, referrals, and outpatient procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and care coordination.
