Clover Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse specialized in wound, ostomy, and continence care for a Brooklyn, NY assignment. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients under the Wound and Ostomy Manager’s direction.

The role emphasizes quality care, collaboration with the health care team, and participation in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Shift 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 13-week assignment, with weekly pay.

Formación

• 3–5 years experience in healthcare.
• Active NYS RN license and WOC credentials.
• Proficient with BHMCs electronic record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct health assessments focused on wound, ostomy, and continence care.
• Develop plans of care and recommend treatments.
• Collaborate with care team and refer to other disciplines as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on prevention of complications.
• Monitor patients at risk for pressure injuries and apply preventive measures.
• Support unit quality improvement activities.
