Job summary

RestorixHealth in North Carolina seeks a Wound Care Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the Nursing Process and evidence-based practices. Collaboration with the care team and timely execution of orders are essential.

The role includes ongoing training, patient and family education on wound care, and supportive mentorship as part of a leading wound healing and amputation prevention network. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be in good standing.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience with wound care is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene as needed.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient acuity and outcomes.
• Implement physician orders accurately within time frames.
• Educate patients and families on wound care processes.
