RestorixHealth is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team on site. The RN will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with all disciplines on the unit and prioritizing nursing actions. Training will be provided to succeed in the wound care focus.

Qualifications include an RN license, an associate degree with BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals, and CPR certification. Prior wound care experience and billing/coding familiarity are helpful.

Qualifications

• RN with an accredited nursing qualification and active license.
• BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
• CPR certification from AHA required.
• Wound care experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Billing/coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions considering patient needs and outcomes.
• Implement physician orders accurately within time frames.
• Educate patients and families on wound care processes.

Education

Associate degree in nursing

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Registered Nursing license

CPR certification (American Heart Association)

Wound care experience (will train)

Billing and coding experience
