Job summary

RestorixHealth in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our wound care team. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, monitor changes, and educate patients and families on wound care.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred in Magnet Hospitals) and active RN license. Will train in wound care; no weekends; comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities available.

Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
Valid Registered Nursing license.
Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience with wound care patients; training provided.
Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice.
Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
Prioritize nursing actions considering patient needs and outcomes.
Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes.
