Manna Post Acute – Pickens, SC is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN) to provide specialized skin integrity and wound healing care.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans that improve resident outcomes and quality of life.

This full-time role offers $40–$42/hour, nursing school loan repayment, comprehensive benefits, 401K with matching, and opportunities across our SC network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Prior wound care experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Passion for resident-centered, quality care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
