Job summary

Manna Post Acute is a 130-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Pickens, SC. The Wound Care RN role focuses on skin integrity, wound healing, and collaborating with physicians and the care team to improve resident outcomes.

As a Wound Care Nurse, you’ll provide direct wound care, develop individualized care plans, and educate staff. A SC RN license, current CPR, and wound care experience are preferred. This is a full-time, 12-hour shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered SC RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in wound care preferred.
• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Prior wound care experience strongly preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Passion for resident-centered, quality care
