Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in North Carolina; wound certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge per hospital standards.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients, performing initial assessments and documenting care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the Wound Care team to coordinate care and educate patients and families.
• Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed and monitor patient safety during sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper data entry for treatments and visits.
