Job summary

UNC Health Southern's Wound Healing Center in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will assist physicians with wound treatment plans and participate in performance improvement activities, following all standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements include an active NC RN license, annual BCLS recertification, and a minimum of 2 years med-surg experience; BSN is preferred. Full-time with benefits, days, 8a-5p, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina RN license.
• BCLS certification with annual recertification.
• Minimum 2 years of med-surg experience is required.
• BSN is preferred for this wound care role.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the Wound Healing Center.
• Assist physicians with wound treatment plans and care strategies.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and meet regulatory standards.
• Adhere to federal/state laws and professional guidelines.
