Select Medical's Select Specialty Hospital in Detroit, MI is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. You will provide expert wound and skin care, participate in weekly rounds, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support high-risk patients.

Qualifikationen

• AD required; one year related experience preferred.
• Valid State RN License and BLS certificate by start date.
• Must complete wound care training within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Preserve skin integrity and monitor skin preservation strategies.
• Adhere to wound care protocols approved by medical staff.
• Organize weekly multidisciplinary wound rounds for high-risk patients.
• Provide hands-on wound care for difficult/non-healing wounds.
• Serve as a resource on wound and skin care for staff.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met.
