Job summary
RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our wound care team in Michigan. You will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process, with a focus on wound care and outcomes.
This role offers training and collaboration across disciplines to ensure quality care. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, ongoing educational opportunities, competitive compensation, and mentorship to develop your nursing career within our expanding wound
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing is required (Magnet Hospitals require BSN)
- RN license is required
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required
- Prior wound care experience (Will train)
- Billing and coding experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice
- Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately
- Prioritize nursing actions reflecting patient needs and acuity
- Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
- Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes
