Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state of work.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Have completed infection prevention and control training (e.g., CDC modules) or complete within first week of hire.
- Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on position requirements.

- Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and evaluate nursing care.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure high-quality care in compliance with standards.
