Job summary

Autumn Care of Shallotte, part of Saber Healthcare Group, seeks an experienced RN or LPN supervisor to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver nursing care daily at 237 Mulberry Street, Shallotte, NC 28470.

You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with health, sanitation and infection-control policies, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high quality care in a team‑oriented, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and control practices is expected.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities
