Autumn Care of Shallotte in Shallotte, NC is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to assess residents, plan and administer nursing care, and supervise care teams. You will ensure compliance with health standards and infection control policies while delivering high-quality patient care.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment. Must hold an active RN/LPN license and CPR certification, with infection prevention training preferred. Full-time, day shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Have completed (or complete within first week of hire) specialized training in infection prevention and control (e.g. CDC’s infection and control modules). Any additional state-specific training will be completed at the earliest opportunity.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care, following applicable standards and policies.
