Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Cornelius, NC is seeking an experienced RN/LPN to join our nursing team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff in accordance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a current RN or LPN license and CPR, with infection prevention training preferred. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:00pm, hourly pay of $39, generous PTO, tuition assistance, health benefits, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must hold CPR certification.
• Complete infection prevention training within first week of hire.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
• Minimum two years of RN/LPN experience in hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Experience teaching or training adult learners and infection prevention experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
