Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion of infection prevention and control training.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Wound care certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and staff.
• Monitor quality of care and ensure infection control compliance.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
• Assist with staff training and education as needed.
