Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking an experienced RN/LPN for full-time on-site nursing care supervision. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides within policy guidelines.

Must hold an active RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and complete infection control training promptly. English communication and adherence to instructions are required. Wage ranges reflect long-term care schedules.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• CPR certification required.
• Infection prevention and control training within first week of hire.
• Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel per policy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards.
