Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking an RN or LPN supervisor for a full-time role. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

The position requires a valid RN or LPN license in Virginia, CPR certification, and infection prevention training. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with on-call duties; pay ranges $45.00–$48.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Specialized training in infection prevention and control required or completed within first week of hire.
Able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
Ensure care follows federal, state and local standards and nursing policies and procedures.
