Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise staff in a SNF setting. We offer flexible pay options including on-demand and weekly pay, generous PTO and benefits, a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Full-time, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm shifts with wages $45.00–$48.00 per hour; must hold an active RN license in Virginia and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in SNF setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
