Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in our skilled nursing facility.

This full-time role offers a 3:00p–11:00p shift, pay $45.00-$48.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth through our loan and forgiveness programs and education support.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans for each resident.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
