Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in wound care to join our compassionate team. You will assess wounds, implement tailored treatment plans, perform dressing changes, and collaborate with physicians to promote healing.

The role emphasizes infection prevention, patient education, and adherence to hospital standards, with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Texas RN license required; CWON certification preferred/required.
• Active BLS; healthcare provider certification on hire with AHA requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; wound care experience preferred.
• Completion of a WOCN-accredited program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, evaluate, and document patients' wounds and skin integrity.
• Develop and evaluate individualized wound care plans.
• Perform wound care treatments and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote healing.
• Educate patients and families on wound care management and follow-up.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans; promote infection prevention and safety.
