Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in wound care to provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic wounds. You will assess wounds, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with physicians to support healing and patient outcomes.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of wound care or related nursing experience. Collaboration with the healthcare team and detailed documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 1–2 years wound care or related nursing experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document wound type, location, size, drainage, and healing progress.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
• Perform wound treatments and dressing changes as prescribed.
• Monitor for infection, skin breakdown, and complications.
• Educate patients and families on wound care, skin protection, nutrition, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; maintain accurate documentation.
