Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care using the nursing process. This role emphasizes clinical judgment, planning, and collaboration with the care team within a senior care setting.

The RN will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and monitor outcomes while adhering to the Texas Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies. PRN options may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Wound Care and VAC experience.
• Wound Care certification is a plus.
• BLS – Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire.

• Clinical Judgment: conducts accurate assessments and develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of care.
• Care coordination and patient advocacy within the health care team.
• Facilitates learning and communication with patients and families.
