Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Wound Care and VAC experience.
• Wound Care certification is a plus.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate clinical assessments using the nursing process.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure safe patient transitions.
• Document learning needs and outcomes for patients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to nursing standards.
