Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas is seeking a Wound Care RN (PRN, days) to join our inpatient care team. The RN will assist with advanced wound care, collaborate with physicians, and support safe, high-quality patient care across the lifespan.

The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to policies, and effective communication within the wound care team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must handle stressful environments and take appropriate action.
• RN must be licensed to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside patient care and implement interventions per plan of care as directed by physician.
• Ensure accurate patient care documentation.
• Implement and assure compliance with wound center and hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards.
• Report quality of care issues to clinical manager or Program Director.
• Ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with team members regarding therapeutic interventions.
