Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Pryor, OK is seeking a day shift, PRN Wound Care RN to join the Advanced Wound Center. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care, collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements include ADN or BSN, Oklahoma or multi-state RN license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and a minimum of 2 years medical-surgical experience. Wound care certification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• ADN or BSN.
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled.
• Serve as Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup.
