Qualifications

• Wound care nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and guidance for Patient Care Practice and Activities.
• Identify findings amenable to nursing therapy or requiring referral.
• Contribute to patient goals and nursing interventions to meet outcomes.
• Owns care for patients and initiates treatment program implementation.
• Develops and communicates a plan of care with patients and families.
• Maintains documentation to support quality of care throughout hospitalization.
