Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Steubenville, OH is seeking an experienced RN/LPN to assess residents’ needs, craft individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and uphold infection control and safety policies.

The role requires strong English communication, current licensure in the state, CPR certification, and prior long-term care or hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Infection prevention and control training within first week of hire (CDC modules or equivalent).
• Must communicate in English and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the position.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care provided.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel per standards and policies.
