Steuben Health & Rehab Center in Steubenville, OH seeks a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to lead resident care. You will assess needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with standards and policies.

Requirements include active OH RN/LPN license, CPR, infection prevention training, and at least 2 years in healthcare; management experience preferred. Full-time, day shifts with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Ohio.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Specialized training in infection prevention and control is required or completed within first week of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer and evaluate nursing care for residents.
Supervise nursing assistants and other nursing staff in delivery of care.
