Job summary

Healogics is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Wound Care Center in Chicago. You will provide patient care, manage intake and discharge, and support vein clinic activities as trained.

The role may include case management duties for a group of patients and requires collaboration with physicians, program directors, and a healthcare team. When trained, you may perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) duties and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (active)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or higher
• Wound care certification preferred and experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Wound Care Center and manage intake/discharge per nursing standards
• Assist in vein clinic as trained and as assigned
• Serve as Case Manager for a patient group as assigned
• Perform HBO-related duties after training and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team on clinic needs and documentation
