Job summary

TriStar Health seeks a Wound Care RN to provide expert, evidence-based treatment for acute and chronic wounds within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will perform wound assessments, implement therapies, monitor healing, and educate patients and families on prevention and home care.

Working with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help drive quality outcomes and support pressure injury prevention initiatives. A valid RN license is required.
