Doctors Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will lead and support the healthcare team while upholding the Patient Centered Care approach and Service Excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtained within six months of employment).
• BLS (or obtained during orientation).
• De-escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty.
• Current state nursing license.
• Prefer one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
