Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-approved RN program.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP within six months of employment.
• BLS certification (or obtained during orientation).
• De-escalation training (CPI) within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence in daily practice.
